Once referred, we work with the client to find which of our range of services and activities is best suited to their needs, goals and interests
We know that mental wellbeing isn't linear. Our Hub is here for clients throughout their journey, whether they progress, step back or stay on track; whatever their age, abilities or aspirations

Some of our services, such as 1-1 pet therapy, can be booked online directly. For all other services, or if you’re not sure which service is right for you, please take a look at our services page or flick through our brochure, then complete the referral form below. We will get back in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss your referral
