Noah’s ART Turns 10!

We’re delighted to announce that Noah’s ART has been awarded funding from Action Together’s Tameside Volunteer Celebration Fund to hold a very special 10 year anniversary event!

Action Together invited local VCFSE (Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise) groups across Oldham, Rochdale, and Tameside to apply for a Volunteer Celebration Fund grant to support activities during 2025. The initiative is designed to help organisations say thank you to their volunteers and recognise the invaluable role they play within their communities — particularly during challenging times.

Thanks to this generous funding, Noah’s ART is thrilled to be planning a special volunteer celebration event in July 2025, marking not only the fantastic efforts of our volunteer team but also a major milestone — our 10-year anniversary.

The event will be a joyful gathering for all volunteers, past and present, who have shaped Noah’s ART over the last decade. It will be an opportunity to reflect on the highs and lows of our journey so far, to share stories, and to celebrate the remarkable achievements made possible by our incredible volunteer community.

The celebration is about more than just a party. It’s a meaningful way to bring our volunteer community together — many of whom support different parts of our service and rarely have the chance to meet. In the face of ongoing challenges like the cost-of-living crisis and rising demand for mental health support, this event will help our volunteers feel valued, supported, and appreciated.

It’s also a wonderful opportunity to remember the contributions of everyone who has played a part in Noah’s ART’s story — from board members and project volunteers to parents, carers, and participants from now-completed initiatives. We want to honour the diversity and dedication of our entire volunteer family.

By recognising and celebrating our volunteers, we aim to not only thank those who’ve given so much over the years but also inspire others to get involved and help shape the next chapter of Noah’s ART.
