Come and join us for a brew and a homemade cake in the company of our wonderful therapy animals! A guaranteed warm welcome from staff and animals alike. Perhaps you are feeling lonely and are looking to make new friends, maybe you are feeling bereaved following the loss of a pet. Or maybe you are no longer able to keep a pet - come along and meet our therapy animals. Everyone welcome! Free for carers.
Therapy Thursdays run every week with two time slots available;
12:30pm - 1:30pm
1:30pm - 2:30pm
Wednesday Quiet Zone
Wednesday Quiet Zone runs during term time on a Wednesday from 3.30-4.30pm. Only 3 participants (plus carers) ensures even the most anxious will enjoy meeting the animals. The Quiet Zone is a service specifically for children, from young ages to teenagers, with 1:1 staff support. Overcome fears and phobias or just chill out with the therapy animals. Please book online to ensure a place.
Pop Inn Coffee Morning
From 10am - 12pm every Tuesday our doors are open to the public and their pooches! Join us for some home made cake and warming beverages. The Pop Inn Coffee Morning is a dog friendly cafe experience and is designed to give people a taste of what we do at Noah's A.R.T. So pop in for a natter with some of our volunteers and staff, and don't forget to say hello to the resident therapy dogs! No need to book, just drop in and see us and the animals!
Winter Warmers Workshops
Our latest Animal Assisted Wellbeing service aims to provide people who may struggle during the winter months with free, healthy meals (Lunch and a Takeaway Dinner), a place to stay warm and connect with others. We will be running several different workshops over the span of the project. It is FREE to refer into. Projects will run between 12:30pm-5pm every Tuesday. This service is referral only, if you would like to refer yourself or refer someone on their behalf please fill out a referral form and email or post it to us.
